Return & Refund Policy

  Thank you for shopping at Brock Integrative Health Inc. We truly appreciate you choosing us to purchase your wellness products. We hope you have a wonderful experience shopping with us. When you make a purchase with Brock Integrative Health Inc., terms & conditions apply to your transactions. By making a purchase with us or placing an order with Brock Integrative Health Inc., you agree to all of the policies and terms below.

   All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason. If you made an order mistake, please contact us right away. If we are able to suspend prior to shipment of your order, we will do our best to help with any corrections. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Once an order is placed, the order is final.  We are unable and will not issue refunds or partial refunds for unused offers or discount codes.

  If your product(s) from us are lost or damaged in shipping, we will replace it with required evidence of the damage.  Evidence must be submitted prior replacement being sent. We are not responsible for delays via shippers we may contract (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for loss or delivery of a product to the wrong address. In the event this occurs with your order, we’ll do our best to help. When the contracted shipper verifies the lost shipment, and we have been reimbursed via insurance for the purchase and shipping fees, we will send your replacement.

Refunds

  We are a family owned business, and we pride ourselves on providing the best products. We hand package every shipment with care, and  inspect all of our packages for any damage or defects. Your satisfaction and trust are very important to us, and we want you to have an amazing experience and adore all of the products we have to offer. While we do our best to keep accurate inventory, if an item is out of stock, we may have to cancel your order. We will contact you regarding this right away.  If an item is on back order, you will be given the option to waitlist.  Quality is important to us, and thats why we inspect everything in processing your order as we carefully  package the products So there will be no damage in delivery. However, Brock Integrative Health Inc. is not liable for any damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

• Refunds are NOT given for any purchases: online or in person.
• We DO NOT allow returns on sold products: online or in person.
• We DO NOT accept returned purchases: online or in person.
• We DO NOT allow exchanges of our products: online or in person.
• We DO NOT resell used products to ensure the best quality products.
• We DO NOT currently support International Orders.
• If you cancel an order before we processing and shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders process in  1-2 business days.
• Orders already in shipping cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled.

  Changes or exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion. If we agree to issue a refund, we may, at our sole discretion, require the purchased items to be returned prior to issuing the refund. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs. We may also subtract a restocking fee of up to 30% of your order total, including shipping fees paid, to cover the costs of return & destroying returned products.
