24 Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

 Brock Integrative Health Inc. has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.  If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment..

 This policy is out of consideration for our physicians, therapists, and our other patients.   We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
• If you neglect to give Brock Integrative Health Inc. 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full appointment fee on the credit card used to reserve your appointment time.
• No-shows – If you forget or consciously forgo your appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the same full appointment fee on the credit card used to reserve your appointment time.
• Arriving late:
  Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

  Out of respect and consideration to your physician, therapist, and our other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to helping you on your healing journey!

 By providing your credit card information or booking your appointment you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the cancellation policy for Brock Integrative Health Inc. as described above.  We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and we offer to waive this fee in certain circumstances.  Any waiver of this fee or credit to an appointment made within 2 weeks or at any time does not constitute an unbinding of your acknowledgment and agreement of this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel credit and revert to this policy at any time.
