Brock Integrative Health SMS Terms & Conditions Effective July 8, 2026 Program description Brock Integrative Health offers an appointment text-messaging program to send you appointment confirmations and reminders. This is a recurring messaging program. Consent & opt-in You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our patient intake form. The opt-in language reads: "I agree to receive recurring appointment text messages from Brock Integrative Health at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service." Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders). Cost Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to messages you send and receive. Opt-out — reply STOP You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further appointment texts unless you re-enroll. Help — reply HELP For help, text HELP or call our clinic at (941) 504-2372.
